Let x be the area of two non-congruent triangles with integral sides. Find the smallest possible value of x.

It is one of the question of the geom. test today. The answer i got is (3root7)/4. What are your answers?

I’m so sorry but i don’t even have a clue how to arrive at the answer…>< P.S. I only get the first two Questions correct_________________Winners never give up

May be someone can have a pure geometry solution.

May be someone can have a pure geometry solution.

But I don’t think so.

pure geometry solution………….

If someone succeeds in doing so, I think he will become world-famous……….

ya…i don’t know y a lot of people couldn’t do it.

perhaps they only focused on the 4th question.

I even didn’t spend a single minute on this problem, I just concentrated on problem 4…..however, I read the problem wrong……..which wasted me 2.5 hrs………

actually how much time have you guys spend on the first 2 problems? I used a bit more than 1 hour.

Personally i’ve spent 1hr and 15 minutes (about) in the first two problems but for the remainding time, i still can’t even solve a problem… P.S. I’m so sorry but is that possible for anybody to write down the solution for problem 3? It would be really kind of you if you may show me_________________Winners never give up
