Lesson 2

Title: Conditional Probability and Independent Events

Objective: To introduce the notions of conditional probability and independent events. Knowledge from Lesson 1 is required.

Before the lesson,

• Recall the rigorous definition of probability given in Lesson 1.
• Arrange, preferably, three faie dice and one computer with internet connection for each student.
• Prepare one copy of worksheet and the comics to each student.
