There are times when you’re studying math and you get stuck because it doesn’t make sense and it’s too hard. When that happens, I take a break. If I keep studying without a break, I don’t get better and my efficiency decreases. When I take a break and start studying again, the problem I was stuck on becomes clearer and easier. Of course, not all problems are like that. If I still don’t understand a problem after a break, I try to solve it no matter how long it takes, even if it takes me a while. And when I solve it, I feel so refreshed and happy. In fact, after solving those difficult problems, I do better in subsequent studies. This is my own math study method.
